The common and most popular employment types are:-
1- Contract Of Service
Come with EPF & SOCSO deduction.
Employee can lodge complaint to JPP - max. compensation 24 month + year of service
For probationer - max compensation 12 month.
2- Contract For Service
Employee cannot lodge any complaint to JTK / JPP
Salary no deduction of EPF & SOCSO
No payslip. Salary made via payment voucher or invoice
3- Fixed Term Contract
Same as Contract Of Service but come with duration.
Make sure there is a gap upon renewal of contract
Come with EPF & SOCSO deduction.
Employee can lodge complaint to JTK/JPP. Max compensation payment balance of remaining contract.
